SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 60 minutes of shooting time, depending on the session type you choose.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. I will not ask anyone in a shoot to be anything but themselves. The goal of a session is to have fun and capture your family in this moment in time.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.

I prefer to use natural light for my photos, morning light and evening light are the best, mid-day tends to be too strong. Keep this in mind when choosing your time. Most of the pictures you will see in my portfolio are taken with evening light.

Once I receive this form from you, we can work together to schedule your session time and date. If I am to secure a date I will need a 50% deposit.

Choosing a photographer to capture your precious moments is a big decision, I am honored you chose me. This is the beginning of a wonderful experience, for the both of us! You will receive an email from me within 24 hours. Thank you again for making the choice to work with me.

I hereby give permission to JENNIFER L ADAMY PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
